These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products purchased, downloaded, accessed or used from AS (INT) Consulting Ltd trading as At Scale Consulting ("At Scale Consulting", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using any At Scale Consulting digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

At Scale Consulting provides digital business tools, templates, spreadsheets, calculators, guides, frameworks, workbooks, documents and other downloadable resources designed to support business planning, organisation, sales, commercial decision-making, operational activities and business improvement. All products are delivered electronically and no physical goods will be supplied.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may use the product within your own business, modify the product for your internal use and create reasonable backup copies. All content, templates, spreadsheets, designs, methodologies, frameworks, branding, documentation, processes, calculations and associated materials supplied by At Scale Consulting remain the intellectual property of At Scale Consulting. Purchase of any product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all products are accurate, functional and suitable for their intended purpose at the time of sale. However, business environments, regulations, software versions, market conditions and commercial circumstances may change over time. At Scale Consulting does not warrant that any product will be error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for every purpose or compatible with every software version or operating environment.

Nothing contained within any At Scale Consulting product constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, regulatory, investment, employment, compliance or other professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, At Scale Consulting shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of contracts, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, indirect losses, consequential losses or any other commercial losses arising from the purchase, download, access or use of any At Scale Consulting product. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information, calculations and outputs before relying upon them. In all circumstances, At Scale Consulting's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the purchaser for the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final. By purchasing and downloading digital content, customers acknowledge and agree that access to the product begins immediately and that their statutory cancellation rights may be affected in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. If a customer experiences a genuine technical issue preventing access to a purchased product, At Scale Consulting will make reasonable efforts to assist and provide access where possible.

At Scale Consulting reserves the right to modify, improve, update, discontinue, withdraw, replace or amend any product, service, pricing structure, content or offering at any time without prior notice.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any product is suitable for their intended use, maintaining appropriate backups of purchased files, protecting files from unauthorised access and verifying any information generated by the product before making business decisions.
